The most frequently asked questions about order delivery.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All your orders are shipped from our premises in Pau. This is where our offices are located, and where we store our stock of products and make shipments every day.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery to a collection point is free for purchases over €50.

Home delivery is free for purchases over €100.

What is the delivery time?

We ship your orders every day from our warehouse located in Pau.

Once collected by the carrier, your order will be delivered to you within 48 hours.

Remember to provide a mobile phone number as you can arrange your delivery via a link provided by SMS.

I haven't heard anything about my order, what should I do?

First of all, check that the delivery address provided when you placed your order is correct, then consult the tracking link for your order provided by email.

Then you can reschedule a delivery or request a change via the SMS received for tracking your order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

My order doesn't suit me, can I return it to you?

Yes, if your order does not suit you, you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to return it to us and obtain an exchange or refund.

In the event of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If the order is returned in its original condition, you will receive a full refund of your order amount.

If the order is returned but the products are damaged or dirty, you will get a partial refund of the amount of your order.

After this 30-day period, your order can no longer be returned for withdrawal.

What about the warranty?

You benefit from a 2-year warranty for any purchase on the KIBODO shop.

The warranty covers product malfunctions, through remote repair, replacement or refund of the defective product.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product or damage caused to the product outside of its normal use.
