How do I configure the keyboard for my Mac or PC?
The keyboard is compatible with Mac and PC systems.
To take full advantage of it, use the keys provided and follow the user manual to configure your keyboard layout according to Mac or PC.
Next, remember to select the operating system you want to use using the button on the back of the keyboard.
How do I connect the keyboard to my computer?
You can connect the keyboard directly to a USB A port on your computer using the USB A to USB C cable provided in the box. Then select the cable connection using the button on the back of the keyboard.
For a wireless connection, your computer must be equipped with Bluetooth. Then select the Bluetooth connection using the button on the back of the keyboard.
Is the keyboard noisy?
The Rhizome Lite is no louder than any other . It is a mechanical keyboard with very light tactile mechanisms, with a pleasant sound note . Far from the noisy mechanical keyboards of the gaming world.
Is it suitable for gaming?
The Rhizome Lite is a keyboard with ultra-responsive, high-performance mechanismsdesigned for gaming.
However, it is advisable to connect it via the wired connection to take full advantage of it.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to a collection point is free for purchases over €50.
Home delivery is free for purchases over €100.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship your orders every day from our warehouse located in Pau.
Once collected by the carrier, your order will be delivered to you within 48 hours.
Remember to provide a mobile phone number as you can arrange your delivery via a link provided by SMS.
What should I do if my order does not suit me?
If some products in your order do not suit you, or you change your mind, you have 30 days to return the products concerned to us in the condition in which you received them.
The return is your responsibility, but we can provide you with a return label and then deduct its cost from your final refund.
Once received and verified, affected products are eligible for a refund.
What is the warranty in the event of a defect?
You benefit from a 2-year warranty for any purchase on the KIBODO shop.
The warranty covers product malfunctions, through remote repair, replacement or refund of the defective product.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product or damage caused to the product outside of its normal use.
