The warranty covers any aesthetic or product malfunction defect.

Adapted means are implemented according to the solution to be provided (repair, replacement, partial or total reimbursement).

The repair and replacement costs are covered by Kibodo in the event that the product has been used under the conditions provided and the malfunction is not due to damage from the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days at the date of receipt of your order to return the corresponding products and obtain a refund. No need for justification!
Be sure to return your order to a state as close as possible to which you received it, in order to obtain a total refund.

Since Kibodo covers most delivery costs, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
